J2 Engineering's Billet Aluminum Control Arm Braces are precisely designed and CNC Machined. The stock braces are only designed to work for stock cars running in normal road conditions. In Racing or Drifting, while under heavy braking, the main pivot of the front control arms flex, causing movements to the alignment. After upgrades, such as stiffer suspension bushings, stickier tires or brakes the stock braces would not endure the pressure when pushing your car to the limits, these stiffer braces would be needed in such conditions.
