 How long does it take to process my order?

- All orders are processed within the next 1-2 business day(s). 

- If you placed your order over the weekend it would be processed on the following business day (ie. Friday orders will be processed on Monday)

- Majority of all our shipment is from the California warehouse. Here's a general guideline for shipping transit:

What shipping options does ProTuningLab offer?

- At this time we only offer standard shipping. We do not offer any shipping faster than standard. 

- We provide Free Standard Ground Shipping to the lower 48 domestic states. Hawaii, Alaska, or Canadian residences do have to cover for the additional shipping cost.

- ProTuningLab does not guarantee shipping time. We will do our best to ship out the orders immediately however we cannot guarantee FedEx / UPS / USPS will guarantee its shipping estimates. It is only an estimated time and can be affected by other factors such as weather, wild fires, snow storms, etc.
